Self-Improvement is a continuous process of life. No one can claim to have an utterly self-improved life. In fact, it is a never-ending process of life. There is always a scope for Self-Improvement in your life. So you must look for ways and techniques for Self-Improvement in your life.

But, the question arises what Self-Improvement is in life?

The definition of Self-Improvement varies from person to person, so there is no universal definition. But one thing is sure it makes you a better person day by day. It is said by great people that, you must compete with yourself and not with others. So when you compete with yourself, you improve.

Reading is a habit very few possess in the present scenario because it needs a lot of patience. And in the era of short videos and reels, people have lost patience. As per a survey, the average concentration time of people nowadays is only 8 seconds.

Therefore it becomes very tough to read nowadays. But there are no other ways of acquiring knowledge and experience very fast. So make yourself ready for reading good books.
